QUX Plant Light partners with international shipping companies like EMS, DHL and UPS to offer 2 main types of shipping methods for choice: Free Shipping and Express Shipping.
The estimated shipping time each shipping method takes is shown as follows (in business days):

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout, depending on the shipping destination or shipping method you choose.
Free Shipping is more cost-effective than Express Shipping, but of course slower. If you cannot wait for that long for your parcel to arrive, please feel free to choose our Express Shipping, which is more expensive but much faster. Or place an order over $69, you will get Express Shipping for Free!
Most of items will be shipped out in 1-3 business days. Some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, so some orders might take between 3-6 business days to process.
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays or shopping seasons; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is out of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday or peak season.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may also delay the estimated delivery time.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
